Cades Cove and Cove Mountain
...a match made in The Smokies. Cades Cove is by far one of the most popular sites in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and for good reason. It is one of the most authentic sites for the Appalachian Culture in Tennessee. Besides picturesque views, everything is as it should be in Cades Cove with abundant wildlife, untouched nature and much more.
In Cades Cove, you can bike through the 11 mile Cades Cove Loop Road, or the shortcut accommodating it, hike through dozens of trails, fish for trout, do some backcountry camping, ride some horses and there's still more to see.
Cades Cove is not the easiest spot to drive to, but from your cabin at Cove Mountain, you should be able to get there in 10-15 minutes. During that time, your car ride will be filled with all kinds of gorgeous mountain views and other nature at work through Townsend and Wears Valley. Just one of the many advantages of making your vacation reservations with Cove Mountain Resorts in Wears Valley!
